Wet Paint Spray
It is a surface coating process that involves atomizing liquid paint ( wet paint ) using spray equipment and directly applying it to the object’s surface. This method creates a uniform coating and is widely used in industries such as automotive, metal, plastic, and wood finishing. We can also use Robotic painting method for this process.

Powder coating
It is a surface finishing process that uses powdered paint to coat an object. This process is characterized by applying the paint to the surface through electrostatic adsorption without solvents, followed by curing oven with heat to form a strong, durable coating. This method is widely used on metal surfaces, especially in industries such as furniture, home appliances, automobile parts, and building decoration.

Electro-deposition
Electrodeposition coating ( ED Coating ) is an electrochemical process that uses electricity to apply a thin, uniform layer of paint to a conductive surface. Charged paint particles are attracted to the substrate, forming an even coating, which is then baked in a curing oven to a durable protective layer. ED coating is widely used for corrosion protection and is often applied as a primer before powder coating or other finishing processes.

Robot painting
Robot painting uses industrial robots for automated spraying operations, widely applied in industries such as automotive manufacturing, home appliances, and aerospace. It improves coating quality, reduces labor costs, and minimizes waste with high precision, efficiency, safety, material savings, and environmental friendliness through optimized spray paths and integration with recovery and electrostatic systems.

Air Handling System
The Air Handling System is designed to control air quality, ensuring that temperature, humidity, cleanliness, and airflow in environments such as spray painting booths and clean rooms meet production requirements. Its main components include air filtration, which removes dust and particles to maintain clean air; ventilation systems, which expel harmful gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) to enhance safety and, if required a chiller system, which helps regulate and maintain stable Temperatures & Humidity by cooling the air and removing excess heat, ensuring optimal conditions for sensitive processes.
